Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where there are delays with the MFA notifications being sent from Wolters Kluwer Account.
This will affect users logging in to any cloud application where they have MFA configured to send them an email, where they use the Forgotten Password function, and where admin users are sending invitations to colleagues (or clients for CCH OneClick).
This is being investigated and a further update will be posted at 15:00.

Monitoring -
We are investigating an issue that is preventing some customers from activating new users for CCH OneClick. We have now implemented a change to reduce the frequency of the issue and we are monitoring the results closely.
This has been an intermittent issue during the last nine days and we apologise for the inconvenience it has caused.
We recommend that you avoid activating new clients or employees for CCH OneClick until the incident is resolved.
